浅谈高职院校人才培养如何克服“高技能”与“高素质”两张皮现象

Discussion on How to Cultivate Talents with both High Skill and High Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对人才培养"高技能"与"高素质"两张皮现象,提出高职院校必须培养"德技双馨,身心双健"的高技能和高素质劳动者。

At present,with the market economy system reform gradually deepening, China’s talent market is in great demand of employees,especially in the pearl river delta areas such as Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangdong. But employers get into trouble in employment that the potential employees demand much more than they have, such as high pay, good working environment and so on. While "labor panic" occurs, the graduates have no jobs. This paper analyzes the reasons for the phenomena and puts forward the countermeasures that higher vocational colleges should develop not only students’ high skills but also high quality.
