顶岗实习是学校安排学生实习的一种创新模式,是当前提升高等职业教育水平的有效途径。本文针对岗前组织培训、在岗期间服务和岗后考核评价谈到如何规范管理高职学生的顶岗实习。

Practice-on-duty is an innovative practice model of higher vocational education and the effective ways of lifting current teaching level. As for pre-job training, on-the-job services, during and post evaluation, this paper puts forth ideas about how to regulate the management of Higher Vocational Students’ internship.
