摘要
本文对高职院校教师下企业实践活动动因、下企业途径作初步探讨;结合我院实际思考下企业实践的收获、困难和改进措施。
The paper has begun with a preliminary analysis of the motivation and the way of polytechnics teacher practice in the enterprise. In addition,according to the polytechnics reality, it summarized practice gains and difficulties, putting forward the improvement measures.
