The Basic Ways of Strengthening Textbook Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校教材的管理工作,是教育管理大系统中的子系统,是高校基础建设的重要内容之一,是稳定教学秩序、提高教学质量,以至培养合格建设人才的保证。加强教材管理应从加强领导、规范征订过程、开发校园网教材管理系统、提高工作人员素质、完善自编教材奖励制度、实行岗位责任制等方面着力。

Textbook management in higher vocational colleges is the subsystem of the big education management system. It is also one of the important contents of college basic construction and a basic safeguard to stabilize teaching order, improve teaching quality and cultivate qualified talents. This paper presents some measures to improve textbook management, such as strengthening leadership, standardizing subscription process, developing the campus network of teaching management system, improving staff quality and the reward system of self-edit textbooks and implementing post responsibility system, etc.
