The office in second-level colleges is the key factor for the university’s orderly interior running. With the rapid development of higher education, the college office is faced with new challenges and the phenomenon of the low management efficiency appears. Through the scientific analysis on the influence factors of management efficiency of second-level college office of the university, in order to promote the management of second-level college office, this paper proposes the targeted strategies.
