Caring Left-behind Children Constructing Harmonious Country——How to do the work of left-behind children for the rural basic level party organization

留守儿童问题已成为一个需要高度重视的社会问题。农村基层党组织作为党在农村的领导核心应在关爱留守儿童方面发挥重要的作用。本文基于对留守儿童现状的总结,提出了农村基层党组织在帮扶留守儿童工作中应遵循的尊重关爱、主体发展和整体协调性三条原则。最后,就如何做好这项工作,提出了思想上充分重视,掌握全面信息;建立以村党员干部为主体的帮扶队伍;结合实际开展形式多样的帮扶活动;发展村级经济,减少农民工外出等四条意见。

The problem of left-behind children has become a social problems and it needs to be attached great importance to.As the core of leadership of the Party in rural areas,Party Organization of rural basic level plays an important role in the work of caring left-behind children.Based on the summary about the left-behind children’s status,the author puts forward that the Party Organization should comply with love and respect,the main development and overall coordination of the three principles in the help of left-behind children work.Finally,on how to do this work,the author puts forward that we should attach great importance to it on thought,master the comprehensive information,establish a village cadres as the main supporting care team,combine with the actual situation to carry out various forms of assistance to care,develop the rural economic,and reduce the migrant workers.
