荧光光谱法测定鸡蛋中氨基酸的含量

The Content Determination of Amino Acid in Eggs by Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 在一定的波长下,利用氨基酸与乙酰丙酮一甲醛体系在pH=6.60的乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲溶液中能产生荧光,用荧光光谱法测定长阳和巴东鸡蛋中氨基酸的含量。结果表明不同地方的鸡蛋中氨基酸的含量不同.同一鸡蛋中,丙氨酸的含量最高,甘氨酸的含量最低,酪氨酸和赖氨酸居中。 As the amino acid with acetyl acetone-formaldehyde system can produce fluorescence in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution at pH=6.60 in certain wavelength,the content of amino acids in egg at Changyang and Badong in Yichang was determined by fluorescence spectrometry.It was conformed that the content of amino acids in egg of different areas was different,what’s more,in the same egg,the content of alanine was the highest and the glycine was the lowest,and the tyrosine and lysine were between them.
