摘要
本文分析了我国公务员心理契约存在的如下问题:公平感失衡威胁心理契约的动态稳定性、参与感欠缺简化心理契约结构、危机感匮乏导致心理契约内容空乏、稳定感降低造成心理契约目标盲目性、责任感不足形成心理契约违背和破裂等。在此基础上从政府人力资源管理过程角度进行公务员心理契约的重构途径。
This paper analyzes the following issues existing in the psychological contract of civil servants:psychological contract of civil servants`s lack of stability resulted from lack of fairness; expectation reducing because of lack of encourage; lack of sense of participation to simplify the structure of the psychological contract; blind psychological contract goals because of lack of stability;the lack of a sense of crisis led to depletion of the psychological contract content; fracture and violation of psychological contract of civil servants resulted from lack of sense of responsibility. Based on which it proposes the reconstruction methods of psychological contract of civil servants from the perspective of government human resource management.
