Thinking About the Problem of Supporting the Empty-nesters in Colleges——Taking Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic as an Example

随着离退休职工人数逐年递增,我国空巢老人也同比例上升,离退休服务管理工作面临一些新问题、新情况,本文以湖北三峡职业技术学院为例,就高校空巢老人如何养老问题进行了探讨和思考。

With the increasing number of retired workers annually,and with our empty-nesters rising,the retired service management is facing some new problems and new situations. Taking Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic as an example, this paper probes and thinks about how to support the empty nesters in colleges.
