试谈高职院校道德讲堂长效机制的构建——以湖北三峡职业技术学院为例

摘要 高职院校道德讲堂是我国道德讲堂的重要组成部分。构建道德讲堂长效机制是高职院校道德教育、提高人才质量的必然要求。文章针对高职院校道德讲堂建设中存在的问题,以湖北三峡职业技术学院(以下简称"三峡职院")为例,从整体上构筑全程联动的齐抓共管机制,以同态调节机制为核心,即以预先保障机制、同步调控机制、反馈改进机制为主,辅之以自我净化、激励约束、监督测评机制,建立高职院校道德讲堂长效机制。 Higher vocational school Moral lecture room is an important part of moral lecture room in our country. Establishing the long-term mechanism of higher vocational school Moral lecture room is necessary for carring out moral education and improving the quality of talents.In view of the current problems,taking Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic for example,this article constructed the mechanism of whole linkage and together grasp condominium, and established the long-acting mechanism in higher vocational school Moral lecture room,mainly based on the homomorphism control mechanisms,supplemented by self purification,incentive,supervision and evaluation mechanism.The homomorphism control mechanisms were mainly composed of pre security mechanism,synchronous control mechanism and feedback mechanism.
