高职院校班主任工作现状调查研究——以湖北三峡职业技术学院旅游管理学院为例

A Status Investigation on the Class Adviser Work of Higher Vocational College——Taking Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic as an Example

本文以湖北三峡职业技术学院旅游管理学院为例,采用问卷调查法调查分析了高职院校班主任工作的现状,研究表明:高职院校班主任工作的整体现状良好,班主任胜任力较高,但同时也存在部分问题,亟需改进;增加与学生的沟通频率,增强学生个人存在感有利于高职院校班主任工作的开展;相对于来自城镇的学生,班主任的工作更容易得到来自农村学生的认可。

Taking Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic as an example,this paper studies the status quo of class adviser work by using questionnaire research. The results show that the class adviser work of Higher Vocational College is in good condition,but there are also some problems that should be improved.Increasing communication with students and strengthening students’ personal presence will be helpful to class adviser work.Compared with the students from the cities,the class adviser work will be more easily accredited by the students from countryside.
