摘要
为了适应宜昌市现代化大城市建设的需要,根据宜昌市基层医疗卫生机构的现状,政府应该着力基层医疗队伍的建设,包括支持宜昌本地职业学院培养定向的医学人才,确保基层医疗人员的身份待遇和收入待遇,促进在职继续教育等,以提高宜昌广大市民的健康素质。
In order to meet the needs of building up Yichang into a modern big city,our government ought to strengthen the construction of talent team according to the existing situation in basic level hospital,such as supporting Three Gorges Polytechnic cultivating medical students,ensuring "doctor" status and salary and promoting vocational training, so as to improve the citizen healthy quality in Yichang city.
