宜昌居民对宜昌新区建设影响的感知与态度

Local Residents’ Perception and Attitude Towards New City District Construction of Yichang

本文基于社会交换理论,采用问卷调查法研究分析了宜昌居民对宜昌新区建设影响的感知和态度,研究表明:宜昌居民对宜昌新区建设影响的利益感知显著高于对成本的感知,因此宜昌居民满意并支持宜昌新区建设;宜昌居民对宜昌新区建设的认知程度相对较低。

Based on Social Exchange Theory,by using questionnaire survey method,this paper studies the local residents’ perception and attitudes towards new city district construction of Yichang.The results show that residents in Yichang have significantly higher perception on benefit than on that of the cost, and this is the reason why the residents in Yichang are satisfied with the new city district development.The findings also show that it’s necessary to strengthen propaganda of new city district construction of Yichang because the residents in Yichang have a low recognition level on it.
