职业化对于高职院校来讲,是一种教养、一种习惯、一种理念,也是一种办学体制、一种管理机制。坚持职业化的办学理念,可以培养更具职业素质的"职业化"人才。高职院校要积极研究职业教育发展规律,追随产业发展办职业教育;研究高职院校的办学规律,探索高效的职业化人才培养模式;研究职业人才的成长规律,提升学生的职业竞争力;实现专业设置与产业需要对接,构建适应市场需求的专业结构体系;实现课程内容与职业标准对接,构建适应职业化建设需求的课程体系;实现教学过程与生产过程对接,探索职业化的人才培养方式。突出强化职业化理念、建设一支高素质的队伍、建立和完善一套完备的体制机制三个重点,着力提升学院发展的核心竞争力。

To higher vocational colleges, professionalism is a kind of education, habit, idea, and also a kind of educational system as well as a management mechanism. Adhering to the professional education concept can cultivate more professional quality "professional" talents. Higher vocational colleges should do the following: Actively research the development rule of vocational education and follow the industry development for vocational education; Research the education rule in higher vocational colleges and explore efficient professional talent training mode; Study the growth rule of professional talents and improve students’ vocational competence; Realize the connection of major setting and industry needs and build to adapt to the market demand for professional structure system; Realize the connection of course content and professional standards and construct the curriculum system of professional construction demand; Realize the connection of teaching process and the production process and explore the professional talent training mode.We should also strengthen the concept of professionalization, build a high-quality team, establish and perfect a set of system and mechanism and improve the core competitiveness of college development.
