大学生"就业难"与大学生就业能力有直接关系。就业能力是大学毕业生寻找工作、维持就业和获得职位晋升的综合能力。文章就当前大学生就业能力培养情况进行研究、分析,提出参考性意见、建议。

College students’ "employment difficulty" is directly related to their employment ability. Employment ability is a comprehensive ability for university graduates to find work, maintain employment and get promoted. The article makes a research and analysis and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the current university students’ employment ability training situation.
