A Summary of Research on Modernization of Chinese Traditional Culture

本文紧扣习近平主席在纪念孔子诞辰2565周年国际学术研讨会上的重要讲话,强调要"努力实现传统文化的创造性转化、创新性发展,使之与现实文化相融相通,共同服务以文化人的时代任务"。围绕中国传统文化现代转化这一核心问题,对近年来学术界关于中国传统文化现代转化的研究现状进行了分析和评价,并对研究这一学术问题的意义和新方向提出了一些见解。

The paper is based on Chairman Xi’s important speech on the international academic seminar which is memory of Confucius’ 2565 th Birthday. It emphasizes that we should try to achieve the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture and make it be confluent with realistic culture to serve the task of our time. Centering on the core issue--modern transformation of Chinese traditional culture, the paper analyzed and evaluated the current situation of recent academic researches on traditional culture modern transformation and put forward some opinions about the meaning why to do the researches and new ways how to do the researches.
