以家庭为单位的联产承包责任制,生产经营规模小、资源配置欠佳、农民素质低、生产效率不高,制约了农村经济的进一步发展和农民增收,影响全面小康社会的实现。新型农业经营主体的发展,对于化解农村经济发展中出现的这些矛盾具有积极作用。文章还有针对性地提出了新型农业经营主体发展过程中应注意的问题。

Taking family as the unit of household contract responsibility system, the production and business operation has the features of small in scale, poor in the allocation of resources, low in farmers’ quality and the production efficiency. It has restricted the further development of rural economy and increasing farmers’ income, influenced the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way. The development of the new type of agricultural management main body has a positive role to resolve these contradictions in rural economic development. The article also puts forward a new type of agricultural management main body should pay attention to the problems in the process of development.
