浅谈乡村医生定向委培班辅导员的管理思路

2015年底,我省出台了《湖北省进一步加强村卫生室和乡村医生队伍建设实施方案》。《方案》提出,实施订单定向,重点实施面向村卫生室的3年制中、高职医学生免费培养;为解决我市农村医药卫生人才缺乏的现况,我校与市卫计委联合签署了面向农村定向培养临床医学专业(乡村医生方向)学生,为贫困地区培养一批乡村医生。政策的倾斜为乡村医生队伍的建设注入了新的力量,也为基层群众的健康增添了一份保障。但要如何落实乡村医生的培养计划,如何培养出更高素质的乡村医生队伍,还需要我们在教育环节进行进一步的探索;作为辅导员,将结合乡村医生在实际工作中的特点,谈谈在乡村医生定向委培班的管理思路。

At the end of 2015, the provincial government issued the implementation plan for the construction of village clinics and village doctors in Hubei province. The plan puts forward the implementation of order orientation, and focuses on the implementation of free training for students in the third year of the village clinics. In order to solve the rural medical and health personnel in Zhuhai the current status of the lack of our school and the city health development planning commission jointly signed for rural orientation training(direction) of rural doctors of clinical medicine specialty students, cultivate a group of rural doctors to poor areas. The tilt of the policy has injected new strength into the construction of rural doctors, and has added a safeguard to the health of the grassroots. But how to implement the training plan of village doctors, how to cultivate the higher quality rural doctors, we need to further explore the education link; as a counselor, it will combine the characteristics of rural doctors in actual work and talk about the management ideas of the village doctor orientation.
