本文从校企合作困境出发,探讨了以代账公司为平台创新会计专业实训模式,有效解决会计专业学生的实践教学问题,实现学生的零距离上岗,并利用学校自身的优势,解决代账公司人员不足的难题,最终实现双赢,为教育界提出了一条操作性强的高职校企合作教育之路。

Based on the predicament of cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper discusses how to innovate the accounting major training mode by taking accounting company as an example, to effectively solve practical teaching problems of accounting major students. And use the school’s own advantages to solve the problem of insufficient staffing agency. Ultimately achieve a win-win situation by proposing a highly operational schoolenterprise cooperation.
