鄂西山区发展乡村旅游促进精准扶贫的模式初探

Preliminary Study on the Mode of Developing Rural Tourism and Promoting Targeted Poverty Alleviation in the Mountainous Area of Western Hubei

鄂西山区农村贫困面积大,但从乡村旅游产业发展的角度看则具备了得天独厚的发展条件。本研究立足乡村旅游快速发展的背景,对鄂西山区贫困地区发展乡村旅游的优势进行分析,提出贫困地区'旅游脱贫'的具体实施思路和对策建议——政府有限主导型乡村旅游扶贫开发模式。

The rural poverty area in the west mountain regions of Hubei is large, but from the perspective of the development of rural tourism industry, it has the advantaged conditions for development. This study is based on the background of rapid development of rural tourism to analyze the advantages of developing rural tourism in the poverty-stricken area of western Hubei and to put forward the concrete implementation idea and countermeasure proposal of 'tourism poverty alleviation' in poverty-stricken areas. That means the government’s developing model of poverty alleviation through rural tourism is limited.
