Reconsideration on the System of Combining Production and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章分析了美、德、日三国和中国职业教育产学结合的现状及保障机制,阅述了我国高职院校现有产学研结合模式的发展困境,提出了建立适合中国国情需要的产学结合的管理体制、保障机制、发展模式,发挥行业对产学结合助推作用的思考。

This paper analyzes the current situation and guarantee mechanism of the combination of production and research in the United States, Germany, Japan and China, and describes the difficulties of the development of the combination model of production, study and research in higher vocational colleges in China.This paper puts forward the establishment of management system, safeguard mechanism and development mode of combination of production and learning that meet the needs of Chinese national conditions, and gives full play to the industry’s thinking on the role of combination of production and learning.
