"Hometown of Gymnastics" ——Review and Prospect of XianTao Gymnastics History

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对仙桃体操历史及取得的成绩进行分析,探讨仙桃体操成功因素和未来展望,以期为我国体操事业发展提供理论参考。结果显示:仙桃体操经历了朦胧阶段、发展阶段、崛起阶段和辉煌阶段四个阶段,在中国竞技体育的举国体制下,仙桃体操始终坚持'体教结合'训练模式,深化体操事业改革和创新,做好少儿体操运动员的选材和训练工作,解决体操事业发展中的不平衡,完善体操发展战略和各项政策,推进和落实各项体操工作中,为省和国家输送了大量体育后备人才,培养了四名世界冠军,为我国体操事业做出巨大贡献。结论和建议:深化仙桃体操事业供给侧结构改革,大力发扬竞技体操精神,构建体育对外交流合作新格局;坚定不移的开展快乐体操运动,'储备体操人才';'以体促改''解决体操改革进程中的不平衡,重新展现仙桃体操魅力。

Through the literature data method, expert interview method and mathematical statistics method, the history and achievements of Xiantao gymnastics are analyzed, and the success factors and future prospects of Xiantao Gymnastics are discussed in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of gymnastics in China. The results show that Xiantao Gymnastics has experienced four stages: the stage of development, the stage of development,the stage of rise and the stage of glory. Under the national system of competitive sports in China, Xiantao Gymnastics always adheres to the training mode of 'sports and education' to deepen the reform and innovation of gymnastics. Do a good job in the selection and training of children’s gymnasts, solve the imbalance in the development of gymnastics,improve the development strategy and policies of gymnastics, promote and implement various gymnastics tasks, and transport a large number of sports reserve talents for the province and the country. Four world champions have made great contributions to the cause of gymnastics in China. Conclusions and suggestions: deepen the reform of the supply side structure of Xiantao gymnastics, vigorously promote the spirit of competitive gymnastics, build a new pattern of sports exchanges and cooperation;unswervingly carry out the happy gymnastics movement, 'reserve gymnastics talents';The imbalance in the process of gymnastics reform re-emerged the charm of Xiantao gymnastics.
