摘要
随着EPC总承包模式越来越多,对数据的专业性、准确性和可追溯性要求也越来越严格。BIM的核心内容之一就是虚拟建造,通过BIM模型的创建,将图纸问题在施工前暴露出来并集中进行解决,以有效控制施工现场的返工造成的资源浪费和工期推延。EPC项目从策划、设计,到施工、竣工、试运行,周期长、参与单位多,工程信息复杂,项目管理人员协调工作量大,通过BIM管理协同平台能够很好地协调各参与单位的信息沟通,使得项目管理的工作效率得到了较大的提升。
