医院建设项目成功招标初探

Preliminary study on successful bidding of hospital construction project

招标作为工程建设的重要环节,举足轻重,不容忽视。招标顺利,可及时招到理想的施工单位,工程建设就有保障;否则,会给后期施工带来诸多后患。文章通过某医院建设项目招标实践,总结顺利招标的成功经验,剖析招标不成功的原因,提出医院建设项目招标应精"招"适"标",提高招标成功率,促进工程建设顺利实施。

Bidding as an important part of project construction, decisive, can not ignore the smooth bidding, can be timely recruited to the ideal construction unit, the project construction is guaranteed;Otherwise, it will bring a lot of future trouble to the later construction. Through the bidding practice of a hospital construction project, this paper summarizes the successful experience of successful bidding, analyzes the reasons for unsuccessful bidding, and puts forward that the hospital construction project bidding should be carefully selected to improve the success rate of bidding and promote the smooth implementation of project construction.
