针对某钢铁公司CSP厂卷取机夹送辊装置由于结构复杂所引起的各种故障问题,设计了简单合理部件取代原上夹送辊整体结构,减少了废钢及备品资金投入,降低了故障率,取得了良好的效果。

Aiming at the fact that various types of failure problems are mainly caused by complex structure of coiler pinch roll unit in a steel company CSP plant, the paper replaces overall primary structure of the pinch roller with simple and reasonable parts, which reduces scrap and spare capital investment, reduces the failure rate and achieves good results.
