摘要
传统的液压机主液压驱动回路主要由3个部分组成,液压缸为执行元件,液压阀为控制元件,液压泵站为动力源。西门子液压伺服控制系统由伺服控制器和伺服泵组成,伺服泵由内齿轮泵与同步伺服电机组合而成,利用伺服电机的快速响应性,可以对液压系统实现流量和压力的控制。
The conventional hydraulic machine's main hydraulic drive circuit is mainly composed of three parts, the hydraulic cylinder is actuator components, the hydraulic valve is control components, the pump station is the power source. Siemens Hydraulic servo control system is composed by servo controller and servo pump, the servo pump is composed by internal gear pump and synchronous servo motors. It can achieve flow and pressure control hydraulic system by using the fast response of servo motor.
