本文针对涂装底漆悬链故障检修作业难,故障修复时间长以及前处理槽体内轨道易磨损、测量困难等问题点进行了研究与改进。其中自主设计制造的便携式机械故障监控器可以快速准确地发现故障隐患的状态和部位;研发的轨道自动测量监测器可以及时有效的监测轨道下端开档磨损变形的尺寸数据;自主研发的可调节式阻挡器解决了轨道安装精度要求高的难题。

According to the primer painting catenary fault maintenance work hard,the Track fault repair time is long and the pretreatment tank body is easy to wear,the measurement difficult problems are studied and improved.
