摘要
介绍了气动连杆对口磨床夹具的设计开发过程,通过计算、分析和测定原旧机械力夹紧夹具的夹紧力,准确地确定了新气动夹具的夹紧力;开发新型配气阀代替了传统的配气阀,实现了多工位夹具的开闭自动控制,突破了在圆台磨床上不宜采用气动夹具的理念。
This paper introduces the design and development process of fixture for pneumatic connecting rod grinding machine, by calculating, analyzing and measuring clamping force of former mechanical fixture, the clamping force of new pneumatic fixture is confirmed; the newly developed distributing valve replaces the traditional one, realizing the automatic open and close control of multi-station fixtures, and breaking through the concept that pneumatic fixture is not suitable to be used in round platform grinding machine.
