探究企业薪酬管理公平性对员工工作态度和行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 企业薪酬管理公平性对员工的工作态度和工作行为有着重要的影响,它是社会分配公平性的一个重要组成部分。特别是改革开放以来,在市场经济的推动下,出现了收入之间的差距拉大,人们的幸福感降低,这些问题对市场的公平分配原则提出了严峻挑战。因此,探究好企业薪酬管理公平性对员工工作态度和行为的影响将帮助企业挽留优秀的人才。
