摘要
本文采用实验室研制的高取代度阳离子淀粉作为絮凝剂对造纸白水进行处理,获得良好的效果。通过实验探讨了高取代度阳离子淀粉的加入量、废水的pH值及絮凝时间对絮凝效果的影响,确定了高取代度阳离子淀粉处理造纸白水的最佳条件。同时测定了处理前后的造纸白水COD_(Cr)值,发现高取代度阳离子淀粉能大幅度地降低造纸白水的COD_(Cr)值。
In this paper, we used cationic starch with high degree of substitution as the flocculant, and the flocculation was satisfied when we put the starch into living sewage. We studied the effect of pH, amount of cationic starch and time on flocculation, and the optimum conditions were: the amount of cationic starch is 0. 02%, pH is 7. 91, flocculating time is 24h. At the same time, the cationic starch can make the CODcr of white water receded from 549. 2mg/L to 85. 3mg/L.
