摘要
次甲基蓝染色及快Golgi法显示,真(?)(Chrysophrys major)视顶盖结构组成由表及里依次为边缘层、视觉层、表面灰管及纤维层、中央灰质层、中央白质层、(?)脑室层,除边缘层外,每一层各含有不同类型的神经元。
Methylene blue stain and rapid golgi technique show cytoarchitecture of the optic tectum of red sea bream (Ckrysopkrys major) , from face to depth: stratum fibrosum marginals, stratum opticum, stratum fibrosumet griseum superficiale, stratum griseum centrale, the upper half of which is inner plexiform layer, stratum album centrale, and stratum periventriculare. There are a variety of neurons on each stratum except SM.
