地球物理勘探人力资源管理的成功e化

摘要 人力资源作为企业的重要战略资源 ,已逐渐为企业经理们所认可 ,应用IT技术的人力资源管理信息系统也在不断涌现。但如何把现代企业人力资源管理理念和当前IT技术最新进展相结合 ,建立一个全新的人力资源管理系统 ,一直是人力资源管理系统开发过程中的重要问题。针对物探行业特点 ,从全球人力资源共享的角度来分析现代企业人力资源管理问题 ,阐述如何应用最新智能电子商务建设技术如web服务等开发人力资源管理信息系统 ,并通过管理信息系统开发实践 ,推出了e It has already been accepted by enterprise managers that human resource (HR) is one of strategic resources for an enterprise. HR management information systems that take advantage of information technology (IT) have been emerging. How to combine newly IT achievements with the idea and concept of modern HR management to construct a brand new human resource management information system is always an important concern in development of HR management information system. According to the characteristic of the geographical distribution in geophysical prospecting industry, the author analyzed issues concerning HR management in modern enterprise management in view of global share of HR among enterprises. The applications of emerging intelligent IT, such as Web Services, XML etc. in the development of an HR management information were illustrated by e RFHRMS, an HR management system developed by the author.
