摘要
分析了装载机工作装置单目标优化设计的不合理性。根据装载机工作装置的设计要求,建立了装载机工作装置的多目标优化设计的数学模型。定义了广义满意度等概念,分析了其主要特性。建立了基于满意度原理的多目标优化理论。给出了集神经网络、遗传算法于一体的装载机工作装置的满意优化设计方法。实例分析表明:该方法不仅可提高设计质量,而且更能反映设计人员和用户的需求,它可为装载机工作装置以及其他机械产品的设计提供一种新的途径。
Some concepts of the generalized satisfactory degree are defined and characterized, and the multi-objective optimization theory based on the generalized satisfactory degree theory is explored. Aimed at the no-rationality of the single optimization design of the working unit of the loader, after the analysis of its design requirement, the satisfactory optimization design is developed. It is shown that this method not only can improve the quality of the design, but also can represent the requirement of the designer and user much more. It provides a new approach to the design of the working unit of the loader and other mechanical design.
