摘要
改变Y(钇)及混合稀土质量分数,分别测定了Mg-Y及Mg-RE合金的冲击韧度,运用电子探针对合金中各组成相的成分进行了EDX分析,在显微硬度计上测定了各相的显微硬度。试验结果表明,Mg-Y合金的最大冲击韧度值高于Mg-RE合金;Mg-Y合金中Mg基体固溶的Y量大于Mg-RE合金中Mg基体固溶的RE质量分数;Mg-Y合金中Mg基体的显微硬度则明显高于Mg-RE合金。
The impact toughnesses of Mg-Y and Mg-RE alloys with various compositions of yttrium and mischmetal are tested respectively. The constituents of the phases in the investigated alloys are examined by EDX analysis with microprobees. The microhardnesses of the phases are analysed with microhardness tester. The experimental results show that the maximum impact toughness of Mg-Y alloy is higher than that of Mg-RE alloy and there are more dissolved yttrium in the matrix of Mg-Y alloy than dissolved RE in that of Mg-RE alloy. The microhardness of matrix in Mg-Y alloy is much higher than in Mg-RE alloy.
