《中华书局收藏现代名人书信手迹》一书中收录的周作人致舒新城的三封信涉及周作人婉辞中华书局约稿、举荐杨晦翻译书稿以及推荐刘半农、刘小蕙父女所译《东游记》出版等出版界往事。
Zhou Zuoren's three letters to Shu Xincheng,included in Zhonghua Book Company's Collection of Modern Celebrities' Letters,relate the past events in the press,such as Zhou Zuoren's declining of Zhonghua Book Company's invitation for publication,recommending Yang Hui to work for Zhuanghua Book Company as book translator,and putting forward Liu Bannong and his daughter-Liu Xiaohui's translation of Legends of the Eight Immortals for publication.
