摘要
最近二十多年来,浙江省新华书店围绕主业发展,走出了一条体现时代特征、具有浙江新华特色的改革创新之路:1994—2000年进行自我改造,并转企改制组建浙江省新华书店集团;2001—2010年,通过连锁经营机制创新,实现主业集约化、专业化、规模化快速发展;2011年至今,通过全面创新和融合发展,加快向多元化文化商贸流通集团转型升级。本文梳理分析了浙江省新华书店集团二十多年改革与创新的发展历史,并对其在管理体制创新、经营机制创新、技术创新等方面带给出版业界的有益启示进行了思考。
Over the past two decades,Zhejiang Xinhua Bookstore has blazed a trail of reform and innovation for main business development,which demonstrated the characteristics of the times and its unique features as well. From 1994 to 2000,it was restructured to become Zhejiang Xinhua Bookstore Group; from 2001 to 2010,the group achieved rapid,intensive,professional and scale development of its main business through mechanism innovation of chain operations; and from 2011 to now,the group speeds up transformation and upgrading to become a diversified cultural and trade group through comprehensive innovation and integrated development. This paper analyzes its two-decade history of reform and innovation,and elaborates on its valuable reference for the publishing industry regarding innovation of the management system,operation mechanism and technology.
