摘要
福利是员工从企业获得的报酬的一部分。20世纪30年代,由于劳资矛盾的激化、政府的推动和科学管理法的影响,商务印书馆积极探索,建立了比较完备的福利制度。公司经营状况良好,为其福利制度的建立与实行创造了条件。1933年到1935年,商务印书馆在公司董事会支持下,由王云五主持制订或进一步完善了同人奖励金分配、同人长期奖励储蓄、同人人寿保险、同人疾病补助、同人子女教育补助等一系列福利制度,形成了系统、完备的福利制度体系。这些福利制度的建立和实施对当时企业的发展壮大、领袖群伦发挥了极为重要的作用,同时它对当今出版企业的制度建设也具有多方面的启示意义。
Welfare is part of compensation that employees obtain from their employer. In the1930 s,The Commercial Press actively explored and established a relatively complete welfare system thanks to the government's support and the influence of scientific management approach,and due to the exacerbation of contradictions between labor and capital. Sound operation of the enterprise created conditions for the establishment and implementation of the welfare system. From 1933 to1935,with the support of the Board of Directors,Wang Yuwu led The Commercial Press to formulate or further improve a series of welfare rules,for example,for colleague bonus allocation,longterm rewarding savings of colleagues,life insurance of colleagues,medical care allowance of colleagues,and colleagues' children education allowance,thereby putting in place a scientific and complete welfare system. The establishment and implementation of such a system played an extremely important role in strengthening the development and leading role of The Commercial Press at the time. It also has multiple implications for the institutional building of today's publishers.
