浅论非物质文化遗产之民间歌曲抢救性图书项目的出版——以《四川民歌采风录》为例

On the Publishing of Folk Song Rescue Books, with the Collection of Folk Songs in Sichuan Province as Example

《四川民歌采风录》于2017年10月由巴蜀书社出版发行,该书采集四川181个县、3080首民歌,是我国第一部以省为单位、集声像文谱于一体的民歌总集。在《中国民间歌曲集成》出版之后,再一次采录民间歌曲,窥探近四十年来民间的发展状况。该书由民间力量采集、编录完成,在当前历史背景下,对抢救、保护、传承民间歌曲具有一定的借鉴意义,故此,笔者结合《四川民歌采风录》的采集、编录、出版等方法,提出该类抢救性图书制作的一般思考。

The Collection of Folk Songs in Sichuan Province was published by Bashu Publishing Company in October 2017.Recording 3,080 folk songs in 181 counties of Sichuan Province,the book is China’s first province-focused anthology of folk songs in audio,video,textual and music score forms.The Collection of Folk Songs in Sichuan Province is another gathering of folk songs and shows the development state of folk songs in the past four decades just like its predecessor-the Collection of Chinese Folk Songs.The collection and editing in relation to the Collection of Folk Songs in Sichuan Province was done by the people not belonging to government organizations.This is of certain referential significance to the rescue,protection and inheritance of folk songs in the current historical context.Therefore,the author proposes some ideas on how to produce this kind of books for rescue purpose in combination with how the Collection of Folk Songs in Sichuan Province was collected,edited and published.
