摘要
采用塑性有限元、灵敏度分析和工程优化算法相结合的方法,对非等温成形过程中预锻模具形状进行了优化设计。预锻模具形状采用三次B样条函数表示,B样条函数的控制点作为设计变量,通过优化预锻模具形状,可实现净形锻造,得到无飞边完全充满模腔的合格终锻件。给出了模具形状优化设计步骤,推导了速度灵敏度方程和温度灵敏度方程。最后以一轴对称圆盘锻造过程为例,对预锻模具形状进行了优化设计。
An optimization method for preform die shape in non-isothermal metal forming using plastic finite element method, sensitivity analysis and engineering optimization algorithm is presented. The preform die shape is represented by cubic B-spline. The control points of the B-spline are used as the design variables. By optimizing preform die shape, net-shape forging process can be realized, and flashless final forging with complete die fill and without defect can be obtained. The optimization procedure of preform die shape is given. The sensitivity of nodal velocity and temperature with respect to design variable is developed. Finally, the forming process of an axisymmetric disk as an optimization example is given.
