摘要 荧光法是一种被行业公认的检测压载水中叶绿素含量最有效的方法,已被广泛应用于压载水检测领域,此方法也显示出了极大的发展前景和应用价值。提出了一种新型的叶绿素检测仪器,经过一系列的试验,验证了此仪器的实用性、精确性和有效性。并分析了此技术的前景,为未来的发展提出了方向和展望。 The widely used Fluorescence Method is considered as the most effective way to measure chlorophyll in ballast water test and it has tremendous development prospect and application value.A new kind of chlorophyll measurement equipment with practicability,precision and effectiveness after experimental verification was proposed.Prospect of the technology and comes up with the future development and expectation was analyzed.
