摘要
以10个常规小麦品种为受体,采用室内生物测定法,通过分析麦田杂草播娘蒿、猪殃殃水浸提液对不同小麦品种发芽和幼苗生长的影响,探讨2种杂草对不同小麦品种化感作用的差异,客观评价不同小麦品种的抗草潜力。结果表明,2种杂草对不同品种小麦均存在不同程度的化感作用,以RI值作为化感作用的评价指标,播娘蒿水浸提液对不同品种小麦的化感作用由大到小为衡观35>洲元9369>山农17>周麦24>泰山6426>西农979>新麦26>济麦22>084380>山农21,猪殃殃水浸提液对不同品种小麦的化感作用由大到小为洲元9369>周麦24>衡观35>山农17>泰山6426>济麦22>新麦26>084380>西农979>山农21。
The allelopathic effects of Descurainra sophia and Galium tricorne on wheat were studied in laboratory bioassays using 1 0 main wheat varieties as acceptors.Wheat varieties responded differentially to the allelopathic effects of both D. sophia and G.tricorne.With RI values as allelopathic indexes,aqueous extracts of D.sophia differentially affected wheat varieties in the following order:Hengguan 35 >Zhouyuan 9369 >Shannong 1 7 >Zhoumai 24 >Taishan 6426 >Xinong 979 >Xinmai 26 >Jimai 22 >084380 >Shannong 21 .For G.tricorne extracts the order was Zhouyuan 9369 >Zhoumai 24 >Hengguan 35 >Shannong 1 7 >Taishan 6426 >Jimai 22 >Xinmai 26 >084380 >Xinong 979 >Shannong 21 .
