摘要
运用正交设计试验法,研究了在以碳化物强化为主的镍基高温合金Ni 20Cr 10Mo 10Co中C、Mo、Co元素的不同配比对合金高温持久寿命的影响。结果表明,在合金成分范围内,分别用元素C、Mo、Co的中限、上限、上限时,合金可获得较高的持久寿命。在三个合金元素中,元素Co对合金持久寿命的影响最为显著,C次之,Mo最小。
The effect of different contents of carbon, molybdenum and cobalt on the high temperature rupture life of nickelbase superalloy Ni20Cr10Mo10Co was studied using the method of orthogonal test. The results show that when carbon was at the medium level and molybdenum and colbat were at the highest level in the range of the alloy composition higher rupture life of alloy could be obtained. Among the three elements, carbon showed the most obvious influence on rupture life.
