摘要
研究了准贝氏体钢和20钢在不同温度下的组织和力学性能。结果表明,BZ 11准贝氏体钢在20~450℃的抗拉强度变化不大,超过450℃随着拉伸温度的升高变形抗力减少;在900℃拉伸时,准贝氏体钢变形抗力与20钢变形抗力相当,说明准贝氏体钢具有良好的高温变形能力。
Mechanical properties and microstructure of metabainite (BZ11) and 20 steel were studied at different temperatures. The results show that the tensile strength of BZ11 steel is the same in the temperature range from 20℃ to 450℃. The resistance to deformation decreases with the rising temperature after 450℃. The resistance to deformation of BZ11 steel is the same as the value of 20 steel at 900℃ and metabainite steel has excellent plastic deformation properties.
