摘要
某尾减输出主动齿轮在长试过程中出现齿面损伤和断齿。对断齿齿面的宏观特征、微观形貌、显微组织和渗层深度进行了观察、测试与分析。结果表明,齿面损伤是粘着磨损导致的浅层片状剥落,齿的断裂起源于剥落处,为脆性疲劳断裂。齿轮在运转过程中出现偏载是导致早期失效的主要原因。
The teeth surface damage and fracture in a taildecelerated exporting driving gear occurred during the process of long trail run. The macro characteristics, micro morphology, metallographic structure and carburized layer depth of the fractured teeth were observed and analyzed. The results show that the teeth surface damage was the shallow layer strip resulted from adherent abrasion. The fracture of teeth originated from the strip zone and belongs to brittle fatigue fracture. The main cause of early failure of the gear was the leaning load on operation.
