试论我国消费争议仲裁制度的完善

用仲裁解决消费争议有几大优点:快捷、经济、保密、程序简便。鉴于国外许多国家建立了消费争议仲裁机构以解决消费争议,并且效果十分显著,我国许多省市也开展了建立消费争议仲裁制度的尝试,这些尝试都取得了有效解决消费争议的结果。针对我国目前消费争议仲裁制度存在的不足之处,提出从以下几个方面对此制度予以完善的建议,即消费争议仲裁机构的设置、仲裁协议、仲裁员名册、仲裁程序、仲裁裁决的效力与监督等方面。

There are some advantages to use arbitration to solve consumer disputes:high-speed,economic,secret,convenient and fair.In view of many countries established consumer disputes'arbitration organization to solve consumer disputes,and they have achieved marked result.At the same time,many provinces and cities also attempted to establish consumer disputes'arbitration system,and these attempts gained an efifective result.But there still exist some defects.In order to perfect our consumer disputes'aibifration system,some suggestions are put forward based on the above analyses,that is:setting up consumer disputes'arbitration organization,signing arbitration agreement between consumers and managers,raising the roll of arbitrators?the procedure of consumer disputes'arbitration,the force and judicial.supervision of arbitration award.
