在线仲裁浅析

在线仲裁作为一种融合了网络与仲裁优势的新兴争议解决机制,自诞生之日起便以其高效便捷的特点契合了新技术时代的需要,体现了现代电子商务领域争议解决机制的理想模式和发展方向,本文比较了在线仲裁与传统仲裁的区别,总结目前在线仲裁的一般规则,并对在线仲裁的发展模式做了一些探索。

Online-Arbitration(OA)represents the idealism mode and orientation of the dispute solution in Electronic Commerce area,the effective and convenience of OA meet the requires of hi-technique era since OA combine the both advantages of Internet and Arbitration.This paper research on the development mode base upon on discussing about the difference between OA and tradition arbitration,and summary the general rules of OA.
