认真抓好《两办意见》贯彻落实 切实推进武汉仲裁高质量发展

2018年12月31日中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于完善仲裁制度提高仲裁公信力的若干意见》(中办发[2018]76号,以下简称《两办意见》),为中国仲裁事业发展指明了方向,提供了基本遵循。本文在介绍武汉仲裁委员会(以下简称武仲)深入学习、贯彻落实《两办意见》的基础上,总结武仲多年来在围绕社会治理、服务国家开放和发展战略、案件质量体系等方面的工作亮点和特色,并针对当前仲裁工作的新形势、新要求,武仲将继续秉持'敢为人先、追求卓越'的精神气概,抢抓机遇、积极作为,通过一系列的改革创新,切实推动武汉仲裁高质量发展。

On December 31,2018,the General Office of Communist Party of China and the Office of the State Council issued the'Suggestion on Improving the Arbitration System to Improve the Credibility of Arbitration',for The development of Chinese arbitration has pointed out the direction and provided basic compliance.On the basis of introducing the Wuhan Arbitration Commission to study and implement the'Suggestion',this paper summarizes the highlights and characteristics of WHAC’s work in the aspects of social governance,serving the country’s opening and development strategy,and the quality system of cases.In response to the new situation and new requirements of the current arbitration work,WHAC will continue to uphold the spirit of'Dare to be the first,pursue excellence',seizing opportunities,and active actions will surely promote the high-quality development of Wuhan arbitration through a series of reforms and innovations.
