全面推进互联网仲裁 构建线上、线下协同发展新格局

当前我国新兴经济发展迅猛,电子商务、互联网金融等都已成为新兴产业的重点领域,仲裁机构需要打破传统思维,顺应经济转型发展的新趋势,在巩固传统商事仲裁的基础上,加快推进仲裁与互联网等新兴行业领域的深度融合,激发仲裁在保障经济发展中创新、创造的活力,培育仲裁事业发展的新动能,把仲裁打造成新型、现代、科学高效的处理社会矛盾的专业平台。武汉仲裁委员会作为专业性仲裁机构,将继续以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入学习贯彻落实党的十九大精神、习近平总书记关于建设网络强国的一系列重要论述,按照《关于完善仲裁制度提高仲裁公信力的若干意见》中积极发展互联网仲裁的要求,全面推进互联网仲裁工作,努力在新征程上开创仲裁事业发展的新局面,为全面推进中国特色社会主义仲裁事业贡献正能量。

At present,the emerging economy of our country is developing rapidly.E-commerce and Internet finance have become the key areas of the new industrial model.Arbitration institutions need to break the traditional thinking and conform to the new trend of economic transformation and development.On the basis of consolidating traditional commercial arbitration,we will speed up the deep integration of arbitration and the Internet and other emerging industries,stimulate the Innovation and creativity of arbitration in the guarantee of economic development,and foster new driving forces for the development of arbitration.We will make arbitration a new,modern,scientific and efficient professional platform for dealing with social contradictions.As a professional arbitration institution,the Wuhan Arbitration Commission will continue to study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and a series of important discussions by General Secretary Xi Jinping on building a powerful cyber country under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New era.In accordance with the requirements of the active development of Internet arbitration in the 'selected comments',comprehensively advance the work of Internet arbitration,and strive to create a new phase in the development of arbitration on the new journey.We will contribute positive energy to the overall advancement of the cause of socialist arbitration with Chinese characteristics.
