摘要
使用石膏作为原料,通过水热反应得到具有特殊结构的多孔羟基磷灰石。通过XRD分析,研究了石膏和水的配比、反应时间、pH值等对多孔羟基磷灰石合成的影响。通过SEM观察了多孔羟基磷灰石的分级多孔结构:第一级结构具有条状编织结构特点,孔径分布在10~100μm;第二级结构具有条状结构内的蜂窝状结构特点,其孔隙率和孔隙大小相对均匀,受反应条件的影响不大。
Gypsum was used as raw material to prepare porous hydroxyapatite with hierachical structure by hydrothermal reaction. The effect of reaction time, ratio of gypsum to water and pH value on the preparation of porous hydroxyapatite was studied by XRD analysis. It is observed by SEM that the hierachical structure of porous hydroxyapatite has two levels. The first level is the basketwork, which has the pore diameters between 10~100μm and inherits the structure of gypsum. The second level is the honeycomblike network in the strip. This level has uniform porousness and diameters of the pores, which is seldom affected by conditions of the reaction.
