摘要
对20G钢锅炉弯管的点蚀孔洞,用光学显微镜观察其显微组织,用直读光谱仪和电子探针对腐蚀前、后20G钢的成分和腐蚀产物进行了分析,讨论了产生点蚀孔洞的原因,并提出了提高弯管使用寿命的措施。
A boiler bend made of steel 20G failed after running for about one year. The microstructure and chemical composition of the steel and corrosion products were analyzed. Corrosion reasons are discussed. Anticorrosion measures are presented.
